You need to train to meet the demands of the ride. Our sport is tough on the body. We’re a team of dirt bike loving fitness coaches and we’ve created accessible, affordable and effective online workout programs for dirt bike enthusiasts of all skill and experience levels worldwide.

RESIST INJURY AND ENJOY THE RIDE

It’s hard to watch the bike sitting in the garage while you rehab an injury. Prevention is key, muscle is armor and good food is the fuel you need.

MUSCLE IS
ARMOR.

The more muscle you have, the less likely you are to get injured. You are more likely to survive hard impacts, and walk away. Muscle acts as armor to the human body and helps to protect your joints. Resistance training increases bone density. Stronger bones are harder to break.

Muscular endurance enables you to do repetitive movements for longer periods.

Muscular strength allows you to move big objects around in space.

Both of which we do on the bike.
