In order to build a house (Or get stronger and more fit), you need blueprints (A training plan), you need tools and materials (Nutrition), and a labor force to actually build the structure (Workers). The manner in which all of this is proportioned and managed (time and consistency) will determine how robust and what style your structure is built (finished product).
